'To be or not to be'

I loved Canterlot Wedding, so really wanted to make something about Chrysalis. I originally planned to have her sat looking at the skull with another changeling with her, making it quite a simple-ish image, but then I thought about whether she might have had any second doubts before going to canterlot and this idea came to my head. Then I was thinking about how changelings came into existence and where they'd come from, so the barren landscape came into play.

The most annoying part of this was making the army. I drew a basic changeling (fully detailed with armour and things) and copy and pasted him to form a row. I then grouped the row and copy and pasted it to make a squad thing. Unfortunately, Inkscape decided a bajillion nodes like that was too much to handle and promptly tried to crash on me, so I was forced to copy and paste the army into paint to get a single pixel image to use instead.

I need to credit Spirrito for the pony skull design, seeing as I copied it from her pony anatomy sheet and stuck a changeling horn on it. Go check out her work because it's amazing! -will inset link here later-
