First breath of Freedom

OTL I keep finding errors in this image. First the shoes, then her tail being in the wrong layer. I've checked it a hundred times and I see no other glaring issues. So hopefully, this will be it. <<


Anyway, this is my first proper piece of fanart. I didn't get the MLP background vectors right, I know, but I'm really proud of how Luna turned out. Basically, when I was drawing this, I imagined how Luna would feel that first night back from the moon, able to feel the wind and go outside. I was trying to give her an expression of bliss/happiness, just enjoying being outside in the fresh air.
I've been rather Luna inspired due to the animation that's coming out soon (I've replayed it around fifty times or so on loop <<). I was also inspired a little by this particular line from the song Luna Waited ([link]) where she sings 'my soft warming reassuring shadows of the night'. I was trying to get that feeling of peace across when I drew this.
It took me around 8 hours in Inkscape. My one regret is the lack of shadowing, but I'm pretty new to drawing and when I tried placing them, they just looked wrong.
Again, all comments are appreciated and I'd really appreciate critical feedback to address how I can improve.
