Princess Celestia Gala Dress

I'm still in disbelief over how many views Luna is gaining in my other submission (maythelunarrepublicgrowmighty), but I really wanted to do Celestia's gala dress as well as Luna's. I originally planned to do Celestia's first but got caught up in Luna's after I had an idea for her dress at a ridiculously early hour of the morning. I don't think this lives up to Luna's, somehow, but I still really like it~

The theme is Phoenix. I designed the train to resemble a phoenix/bird's tail feathers. If you were to look at them from behind, the train would be splayed out in a shell shape, like a flared bird's tails. The translucent portion of the gown is supposed to resemble the phoenix wings, so that overall the shape of the dress resembles the body of the bird. I *think* I achieved that, but I'll probably end up adding more detail to it anyway at some point.
In terms of colours, I thought of fire and of the sun rise, so I chose to layer warm pink, orange and yellow. I chose the red and the white lining to resemble royal robes. Originally, I planned for that entire layer to reach the end of her train too but decided this looks better.

Celestia's face looks off but I can't work out what the problem is.

Time: Close to four hours (I spent a lot of time adjusting the train to make the folds look ok)
